When Will I Be Charged?
The project will end on the 30th December (3.30am Irish Standard Time) and you will be charged that day. If your card fails Kickstarter will try every 48 hours to charge you. Your card will need to be charged in order for you to get your rewards.

When Will Rewards Ship to Me?
Your rewards are scheduled to ship approx May 2022. We may reach shipping times sooner than this but this is dependant on a number of factors. Pins will go into production the first working day of January 2022 and usually production takes about 12 weeks. I will quality check pins once they are shipped to me and I will then ship them to everyone.

What Rewards Will I Get?
You must pledge for the total number of pins you have your eye on. Once the campaign finishes you will be sent a survey from BackerKit and you will then decide what pins you want. If you forgot to add some you will have a chance to add more here but you will likely get charged extra shipping in BackerKit. Shipping is capped at €3 ($4) on Kickstarter for this campaign.

How Much is Shipping?
Shipping worldwide is capped at €3 ($4) for all pledges in Kickstarter. This is untracked and can take up to 8 weeks to arrive internationally (I am located in Ireland, Europe). Shipping to Ireland is €2. If you want to have Tracked Shipping you must choose this as an Add-On in your pledge. This is €10 ($12) but you will be able to track your item(s) and tracked shipping ususally arrives within 1 working week.

What Grade / Quality of Rewards Will I Get?
Kickstarter Backers will receive the highest quality rewards from the batches. Please remember that enamel pins are hand made items and not made by a machine, therefore, there are likely to have some very minor flaws; no pin will be perfect. Backers will receive the absolute best pins from the batch. If you’re unhappy with the grade of your pins (you think you may accidentally have gotten a B grade instead of an A grade please) send me an email at [email protected] with photos.
To note, pins are classed as A grade, B grade and C grade. Backers will receive A grade pins. A grade pins are as near to perfect as possible but may still have minor/small flaws that will not be noticable when held at arms length, or only visable when held under certain lights.

Can I Change My Pledge?
Yes. You can change your pledge any time before the campaign ends. Once the Kickstarter has ended there is no option to change your pledge. You can change your basic pledge by going to “Manage My Pledge” but if you just want to add more pins or add-ons you can just go to the Add-Ons section and take whatever extras youw ant.

Can I Pledge for Just the Cactus Pin?
Unfortunately, no, not at this time. The Cactus pin is designed as a reward for those who pledge for 5 or more pins. This pin may be found in blind bags though, but getting one in a blind bag is not guaranteed.

What Can I Get in a Blind Bag?
Blind Bags will contain 1x of any of the unlocked pins and will be random. Pins will include the the cactus pin. The Blind Bags will NOT contain belljars or mini strawberries or grassplants. Blind Bags may contain some B grade pins (approx 1 in 20). Blind Bags are also at a reduced price vs standard pin pledges

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
